Welcome to Open Arms Yoga All classes are accessible, collaborative, with a touch of 'Caz' humour. Whether you are new to yoga or continuing, a community awaits as we discover all that yoga can offer, it is so much more than a physical practice. Small group classes at Chapel of Heartwell 3 classes to choose from: Up-rising Start your day with this uplifting Hatha flow practice, including Sun Salutations & interweaving breath & relaxation practices. Respite End your week with this easeful practice Beginning 30th of Jan Friday Mornings 10:30am - 11:30am A fusion of slow flow & yin-inspired yoga allowing you to shift from striving & pushing, to mindful connection & acceptance. Giving yourself permission to do less. Hatha Yoga - Mindful Flow Mid-week reminder for your well-being Beginning the 21st of January Wednesday evenings 6:00pm - 7:00pm This mindful flow, includes Sun Salutations, which are adapted to serve you. Interweaving breath and relaxation techniques, all to help foster self-inquiry and acceptance both on and off the mat. Hatha yoga is a slower flow with 3 - 5 breaths between asanas (movements) Private 1-to-1 classes are available, with more information on the website. All classes are guided by training in Trauma Sensitive and Mental Health Aware yoga teacher training
