Hatha Yoga - Mindful Flow
Mid-week reminder for your well-being
Beginning the 21st of January
Wednesday evenings6:00pm - 7:00pm
This mindful flow, includes Sun Salutations,
which are adapted to serve you.
Interweaving breath and relaxation techniques,
all to help foster self-inquiry and acceptance both on and off the mat.
Hatha yoga is a slower flow with 3 - 5 breaths between asanas (movements)
