iTandCoffee provides training and support for anyone who needs patient and jargon-free help with technology.

Founded in 2012, we are experts in all things Apple, Microsoft Office, Windows, Microsoft 365, ‘the Cloud’, setting up devices and learning the basics, getting you set up on Wi-Fi,  troubleshooting, helping with mail issues, storage cleanups and so much more.

Our aim is always to empower you – to give you the confidence to use and enjoy your technology, and maybe even to explore new features that can really enhance your life.  We are not ‘geeks’ who just fix your tech problem/s without telling you what we have done.

So many over-40’s (and even younger) have ‘missed the technology boat’, and feel so helpless, frustrated and hopeless when it comes to technology.

In small businesses, so many business owners are lacking the IT support and know-how that is so essential in this day and age.

Families struggle to manage all the technology in the household – and to keep their children safe on their technology.
