Our individual therapy services focus on adults and adolescents (15+), who may be experiencing a variety of life challenges and stresses, mental health concerns, or mental illness.
Our therapists apply a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

Our patients include those experiencing concerns with their mood or depression, anxiety, anger management, behaviour, pain, coping, substance abuse, workplace stress or conflict, substance abuse, and ADHD. We welcome self-referred private patients, those with GP or psychiatrist referrals (Medicare, worker’s compensation, TAC), and NDIS participants. Appointments are available both in-person and via telehealth.
Our clinical assessments evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning through methods including interviews, standardised tests, and observation. Assessments can help identify strengths and weaknesses, diagnose mental health disorders, and understand your unique personality and patterns of behaviour. Results of can be used to inform therapeutic interventions, guide treatment planning, and monitor progress over time.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and early intervention services are available to help workplaces in supporting employee mental health and wellbeing, including for small-to-medium businesses.
