Elevate Physio Balwyn was founded in 2014. Having previously operated under the Back In Motion banner, our philosophy has now evolved to to providing a multidisciplinary approach to our clients to elevate their health and body. We offer health solutions through Physiotherapy, Strength Conditioning, Clinical Exercise Pilates classes, Podiatry, Massage, and Myotherapy.
We chose the name Elevate because we believe when you elevate your health, you elevate your life. Your body is the pillar of your life. All other aspects of your life can improve when your body is supporting you. We all know what it feels like when our body is not operating at it’s best and how that affects so many other areas of our lives be it work, family, social or sport. At Elevate Physio Balwyn we work with you to overcome any current niggles, pain, injuries, conditions and then take it one step further. Whether you’re an athlete or wanting to improve your everyday life, we want to help you elevate your health baseline.
What services we provide
At Elevate, our physios are experts in understanding the biomechanics of the human body and they will help you with any stiffness, pain, weakness you may have.
Our semi-private clinical exercise classes run for 40 minutes, with up to four class members per class. The classes are run by our highly trained physiotherapists who will create an individualised exercise program based on your problem and personal goals.
Remedial Massage Therapist, Myotherapy Massage, Clinical Myotherapy
Everyone feels good after a good massage. Our physiotherapists and myotherapist provide remedial massage which will leave you feeling both relaxed and loose. If you feel stiff, have any particular area of your body that feels tense, or are in deep of deep relaxation then you will benefit from a remedial massage. These sessions are pure hands-on, soft tissue massage addressing the problem areas that have your body feeling less than 100%.
