I’m Rowan Dick – Leadership Adviser, Certified Executive Coach, Dad of 3 girls, aspiring scratch golfer, former engineer and corporate executive. My goal is to empower leaders to unlock their potential and solve big problems.
During my 20-year corporate career, I’ve been promoted to State and National Executive roles, leading a team of over 100 people across Australia and India. I’ve successfully developed and implemented strategies, mentored emerging leaders, improved team engagement and client satisfaction, increased profit margins by focusing on the team and clients as my priority.
I’ve since made a major pivot from my corporate executive role to set up my own Leadership Advisory business, which has been the most rewarding and challenging move, I’ve made during my career.
