At Kozen Yoga studio our mission is to create a space that makes yoga welcoming and accessible for all. Whether you are looking to try your first ever class, or are a lifelong yoga devotee, you will be supported and nurtured at Kozen. We offer close to 30 classes a week covering Flow Yoga (including specific Strong and Gentle classes), Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Strength for Yoga classes. We also offer regular workshops to delve deeper into different aspects of the practice. We live and breathe all things yoga and welcome all levels to come and explore the beautiful ancient practice that is Yoga with us.
